The Employee Recognition Committee (ERC) branding project focused on building a visual identity that could support HACA’s efforts to celebrate and acknowledge staff across the organization. The ERC leads internal initiatives to recognize employee contributions and build community, and this project aimed to give their work a clear and consistent presence across events and materials.
I developed core brand assets for the ERC, including typography, color palette, and logo variations, and applied those elements across collateral for both day-to-day use and larger events. That included t-shirts, printed brochures, and event signage. Each piece was designed to feel cohesive while reflecting the energy and appreciation behind the committee’s mission.
Throughout the process, I worked closely with internal stakeholders to refine the materials and make sure they reflected the tone and purpose of the committee. The final designs helped formalize the ERC’s visual presence and gave staff something they could continue to use and build on.
